How can I return my order?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at Areum Beauty . Should anything go wrong, we'll be happy to personally address your concerns.

Please note: Since we work with carefully selected partners in the dropshipping process, returns are only possible in certain cases – but they are very straightforward.

Returns are possible if:

  • your product arrived damaged ,
  • your order has been lost (not arrived),
  • you received an incorrect or significantly different product .

In any of these cases, please send us a message to areumbeauty16@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the item—ideally with photo or video evidence. This way, we can quickly assist you and arrange a return or refund.

Important:

  • Please do not return anything without contacting us first – we will provide you with the appropriate return address individually.
  • Unfortunately, returns without prior arrangement cannot be accepted.
  • The buyer shall bear the costs of return.

Unfortunately returns are not possible for:

  • opened or unsealed cosmetics (for hygiene reasons),
  • individually manufactured products,
  • Change of opinion (“I don’t like it”),
  • incorrectly ordered variants (e.g. color or fragrance).
